VIdeo Doorbell connected but no video

Hi -My Ring Doorbell is connected, shows strong battery, status is Online, Signal Strengh is good, Firmware up to date, but there is no video. When I try Live View it says Activated, Connected, and then goes back to Devices without displaying video. Do I need to replace this doorbell?
