Using Oticon hearing aids with TV Adapter blocks Ring doorbell notifications

Question

I have a ring doorbell 3 and a couple of cameras. I am using Oticon hearing aids via iPnone 14. This works well but when I also use the Oticon TV adapter to get the TV sound through my hearing aids, I don't hear any Ring notifications so I can't hear the doorbell. I have contacted Oticon to see if I can change this behaviour but they said I should contact Ring.

Hi @JensDaabeck. We do not have any steps for this. If adding a Bluetooth device while using another changes the behavior of certain notifications on your phone, like from the Ring apps, that would involve looking into your phone's and the other Bluetooth device's settings.  It may also just be a limit on how these devices function with one another.
