Unable to connect my Ring Doorbell Pro WiFi
Hi, Our Doorbell disconnected and connected automatically. So i decided to reset it and re-connect. But after reset it's wifi not connected with unable to connect message. I tried with multiple devices but no luck. Then i decided to completely remove from my app and removed app and reinstalled it in my mobile. Then tried to setup as a new device but this also not helping. I have tried all the possible ways to connect my Video Doorbell pro. I have a another ring camera that is working fine because i have connected that first time. Not sure if i missed anything to that could help to connect. Can ring support technician could come to my home and fix this issue? Thanks
