Transformers burning out

I upgraded to the Ring Video Doorbell Pro a half a year ago and have now gone through 3 transformers. They seem to be burning out every few months. I just recently bought a Ring Transformer to see if it will be any different. Not sure what to do. Anyone else have this issue?

With the [Video Doorbell Pro](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-pro), please ensure you have the [Pro Power Kit](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005974286-How-to-Install-Pro-Power-Kit-V2-for-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro) properly installed. You can also reference our [Hardwiring Checklist](https://community.ring.com/t/hardwiring-checklist-video-doorbell-pro/37520) for the Video Doorbell Pro to make sure everything is wired up correctly. If this happens again, I'd highly recommend consulting a qualified electrician to see if there is an issue with the wiring, such as a damaged or fraying wire along the doorbell circuit.
