Certified Refurbished Ring Doorbell Pro spec16V-24V AC 30VA (40VA max) Home built in 2015. Transformer NuTone c905. I measured voltage across transformer at 22V. Note: I have a compatible chime according to the list on Rings website ( BK125LWH-1). How do I verify that the transformer is compatible?

Is there a better way to get tech support for/before installing Ring Door Bell pro?

Hi @IUHoosiers. The transformer will need to meet the voltage requirements for the Ring Pro. The voltage rating for the transformer is usually stamped on the the metal portion of the transformer. Try posting a picture of your transformer and the Community can help you determine if it is adequate or not. I hope this helps.
