I have paid $30 on 1-12-2020 for the ring yearly plan. The old ring didn't work and i have bought a new one. Could you please cancel and refund the plan fee or transfer the remaining balance to the new one? Thank you. I have tried to contact support team, but there's no way. How can i do?
