Tips best position doorbell 2 narrow brick porch

We bought Ring doorbell2. Our front entrance has a 2 story solid brick walls. These 2 brick walls frame out the porch area and are only 6ft apart. So the viewing area for the doorbell is extremely limited because of this. Location of current doorbell is off to one side so it’s not an optimal location. Next to door is better, however we can’t seem to catch the entire porch area. For example, If someone leaves a package you can’t see floor of the porch and also the entire body of an average person. How is everyone capturing this entire area? Our porch entrance way is definitely not a good scenario.
