Terrible Customer support & help

I purchased an upgrade Ring pro camera for ($$). It would not install properly so I call customer service and was told I needed to order the ring transformer($$). I received the ring transformer and called back to get instructions on how to install. i was told to hire an eletrician ($$$) to install the transformer. This is absolutely terrible to have a loyal existing customer go through all of this just to upgrade to a newer model Ring camera.
