switch subscription from old ring doorbell to a new one
My ring door bell was broken, i replaced it to a new one, how can i switch my recording subscription from the old broken device to the new one i installed?

My whole ring system is disappointing. I’ve been a Ring Fan for years, but recently, the lag times and lack of consistency is going to force me to replace the entire system. It looks like many people are having the same issue. What a shame.also, before you, “RING,” try to blame my internet, I have gig internet and no problems with ANY other devices.

JHi @user_515ea0. What kind of lag times are you getting? Delayed notifications? Live View not loading? This information will help me suggest some troubleshooting steps you can try to help.

Hi @Avi, you will want to remove the old device and then add the new device to your plan. You can do this through your account on Ring.com.
