Sudden screeching sound from my ring doorbell

Hi Everyone, Anyone experience a loud screeching sound suddenly coming from my doorbell pro. I had to cutoff my power in order to stop it. When I look back at the record it was mute. Thanks

Doorbell works fine for motion and to ring. Once I click on the green phone icon to speak to the person there I get screeching/squawking at both ends. This happens on my Macbook Air and on my iPhone and outside at the doorbell. If I playback the recording it is there too. Does anyone have any ideas about how to make it work properly? It has always worked before and has just started doing this. I did replace the battery yesterday, could this be the issue???
