Static when try to talk to visitors

The last few weeks I have been getting such bad static when I try to talk to a visitor that they can’t understand me. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting, checked the Wi-Fi connection and it’s fine and have tried updating the app. I’m going to have to return it if the issue is not resolved.

Hi @SusanSBG123. I was able to find this Community [post](https://community.ring.com/t/voice-unrecognizable-on-ring-speaker-during-live/241593) where another neighbor had a similar concern with their audio quality. There is a marked solution, with steps to try and what to do if those steps do not help.
