Some doorbell motion detections not viewable

My video doorbell flags numerous motion detections, but most of them cannot be viewed: When I click on any of them, there is no video and the only thing I can do is delete it. Why is this happening?It seems pointless to indicate a motion detection in the history log and then have it not viewable.
