The [Snapshot Capture](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034355652-Timeline-Security-Snapshots-Using-Snapshot-Capture) feature requires a [Ring Protect Plan](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030333671-How-to-Subscribe-to-the-Ring-Protect-Plan) subscription and are only viewable from the mobile Ring app. Try checking your Snapshot settings or that this feature is enabled in your Ring app. https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034443672

Thank you for confirming these work at the 15 minute option. In this case, they should certainly work when changing the Snapshot frequency to anything else. Please ensure there is not a VPN enabled on the mobile device when making this settings change. Otherwise, all should be working as intended. If this concern persists, our support team can take a closer look at this for you. The [Snapshot Capture](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034355652-Timeline-Security-Snapshots-Using-Snapshot-Capture) feature requires an active [Ring Protect Plan](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans) subscription, and Snapshots are only viewable from the Ring app at this time. Images taken by the Snapshot Capture feature will be integrated into your Event Timeline along with the videos taken during motion events and Live View. For steps on how to enable Snapshot Capture, and change the frequency at which Snapshots are taken, check out [this](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034443672) Help Center article. Keep in mind that your Ring Doorbell or Camera will also need a strong [wifi signal](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength) for the best performance. Interruptions in the wifi connection can impact whether or not Snapshots are successfully captured. For further assistance with the Snapshot Capture feature, please follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
