Smart Responses Quick Replies aren't working

I set it all up using the new Halloween Responses and saved it. The settings are still there when I close out the app and reopen it, but it will only make the default doorbell sound.

Hi @user26862. What version of the Ring app do you have installed and what type of phone? I realize that Halloween is now over, but this can most likely be corrected by having the lasted Ring app version installed.
