Hi Would anyone be able to tell me if it is possible to adjust the sensitivity of the sensor on the camera, as I feel we are not getting a good view of the person approaching our door, to ringing it.

Hi @user71641. You should be able to adjust the Motion Sensitivity within the Motion Settings tile in the Ring app. I’ve attached a screenshot below.
