Ring Wired not powering

Hi AllPurchased the Ring wired doorbell. I checked specs and im sure my current chime box met the specs for using to bypass power. I've followed the set up and nothing. I telephoned ring who said to ask Amazon to send out an electrician? Amazon don't do that... I asked as per ring request. They just offered to send it back. Before I do, can anyone see anything I'm doing wrong?
