Hi,
The transformer of my existing door bell chime has 7V~0.5A and is incompatible with Ring wires video door bell. Can anyone let me know what needs to be done to get this working/ product that I need to buy to address this. I have shared the picture of my existing door bell chime.

Hi @user82597. If you are able to replace the transformer with a 10–24 VAC, 40 VA max, 50/60 Hz transformer, then you can do that. You would have to wire the Doorbell directly to the transformer. If you are not comfortable with wiring, I suggest consulting with a qualified electrician for help. You can also use a Plug-In Adapter to power up your Doorbell which is a simpler installation than using a transformer.
