Ring Video Doorbell 2nd Gen Wont Connect to Wifi
Hello, I’ve had my ring doorbell for two years now. Six days ago it lost connection to Wi-Fi. It gets to 95% and says it can’t reconnect. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting options provided by ringing. They have all failed so far. My network hasn’t changed or even had a software update in two years. I erased my router settings to default. Confirmed im on my 2G network. Restarted my ios device. Tried using other ios devices. Created a guest 2g network for the doorbell only. Reset the doorbell to default. At this point nothing has worked. Im expecting a solution from Ring Support. Thank you
