Ring Pro won't live stream to Alexa Show

My Alexa Show says "Sorry cameras don't work on this device" every time I ask it to show me the front door. I thought I was suppose to be able to access my Ring Pro doorbell live video at any time. I have deleted the skill and enabled it again and deleted and added back the device. Any suggestions?
