ring pro left flashing
just installed my ring pro doorbell. It worked for about 5 minutes before it fell into a solid blue light, but the left, or top left of the circle was flashing. Any idea what this means? Thank you.

That does not work. I can’t reach customer support, so I’ll return it I guess.

Hey @broski. When the Pro is flashing on the left hand side, it means that it failed to setup in the Ring app. Once you have it installed, make sure to press the button on the side to put it into setup mode and then finish the setup in the app! :)
