Ring Pro Hardwired door bell - Half blue flashing light
Hi, Over the weekend our Ring Pro had stopped working. I turned power off and on again and the door bell rings when pushing it but it isnt connected to wifi or the chime. I cannot seem to go into setup mode as there is a constant flashing semi circle blue light. Only the top half of the circle flashes. I have tried resetting multiple times using the button on the side to no luck and cannot connect to it via my phone or the Ring Chime. Any ideas?

CHey neighbors! If you're unable to get your Doorbell Pro to reconnect to your wifi network, you'll want to try performing a reset first. To reset the Pro, hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that, you can try to walk through the setup process again. If it is still unsuccessful, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. My new Doorbell Pro keeped with blue light blinking (half top circle) all the time. Reset button didn't work. A label from Ring, that cames in the package, says that this is a discharge battery in the unit so you must charge it al least **ONE HOUR**. I charged it for **FOUR HOURS** and nothing happened. Calling to Ring Support, they tell me to charge it at least for **24 HOURS**. I did it and the problem was solved, the blinking blue light changed to a beautiful fixed pale white circle and I could do normally the setup routine. RING COMPANY MUST CHANGE THAT LABEL: FROM 1 HOUR TO 24 HOURS.
