Ring Pro 2 - no ring light after power reset and hard reset by button

troubleshooting

Had to reset wireless router. Doorbell responded to one ring then stopped ringing and dropped offline. Reset power to transformer and hard reset on doorbell. Doorbell rings (old wired chime) but no ring light on doorbell and still offline. Any suggestions?

Hi @jgray10. Have you tried to reconnect your Doorbell to wifi after resetting it? A reset would entail holding down the setup button on your Doorbell Pro for at least 20 seconds. From there, try setting the Doorbell back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. Did you find the problem? I'm trying to fix my for the last 4 months. I have to disconnect it from power every 1 to 2 days. Then connect it again. Then it will work for 2 days only. I replaced everything, including wiring.
