Ring keeps going off every 15 minutes
hardwired-battery-video-doorbell
Hello, We’ve had the Ring Doorbell for over a year, and starting today, we’re getting motion alerts every 15 minutes, to the minute. We haven’t changed anything, and this just started today. There hasn’t been anyone or anything when we look at the video footage. Here is the latest picture of when it went off. Please advise how to get this to stop. Thank you.

Hi @DepkeM. Depending on what model Doorbell you have, the snow could be an environmental factor that is causing false motions. This happens because of the PIR sensors that use shifts in temperatures and translates that into motion. This could be from a gust of wind, or a ray of sunshine, that is causing this temperature shift. I would consider adjusting your [Motion Settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022462472-Utilizing-Motion-Detection-with-your-Ring-Battery-Devices) to counteract the environmental factors. If this continues even after you've made these adjustments, please reach out to our support team for further guidance.
