Ring doorbell wired remains blue solid and does not connect anymore
Hello, my doorbell does not connect anymore, the light is permanent solid blue and it is impossible to hard reset. How do I get a replacement device? Best regards

This is the part when they screw you over and tell you that you have to spend more money on a device that will only last until the manufactures warranty expires. Done with Ring products!!!! I'd rather spend money with the little guys. Spending money on multiple devices that now do not work is no longer an option for me. Thanks ring you guys really dropped the ball here.

When trying to reset your Video Doorbell Wired, ensure you are holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds.
