Ring Doorbell video glitching and freezing

This morning, a delivery person came to drop off a package, which was fine, but our Ring Doorbell Pro seems to be having some issues. The video suddenly became blurred, with glitching and freezing. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m concerned that if there were an emergency, the camera would not work. I’d like to ask if anyone from Ring official or other users knows how this malfunction occurred, and how to fix or prevent it?
