Ring doorbell setup failure

I have just purchased a ring doorbell, I try to connect to door bell it says my phone is talking to the product, then it just says u able to connect to Internet, it hasn't asked for my WiFi password or anything, have modem on both 2.5 ghz and 5 ghz it's dual band. Have tried turning off 5ghz and just use the 2.5 and nothing. Can someone please help
