Ring Doorbell Pro Security Screw

Hi All, Recently moved into a new home with an existing ring doorbell pro. I’ve ordered the replacement parts kit, however the security screw to remove the faceplate was the wrong size (smaller) even though I ordered the correct kit. It appears to be the same size as a T15, but with a hollowed tip. Any advice on receiving the correct bit? I’ve contacted support with no help and now have a useless spare parts kit. Thanks!
