Ring Doorbell Pro Not lighting up
I installed a Ring Doorbell Pro several months ago and it only worked for a day. The app said it wasn't connected to the internet, so I thought my signal was not strong enough at my front door. I installed a wifi spreader and still could not get the doorbell pro to work. It lit with a white circle but never spun. After several days I contacted support and they determined my doorbell pro was defective and sent me a new one. I installed the new one yesterday and it worked perfectly for an hour.... When I checked it that afternoon the app once again said it was offline. However this time there are no lights lighting up on the doorbell at all. It's as if it is completely dead. The doorbell will ring if I disconnect the pro and touch the wires together but when I connect it back up it will not ring, nor light up. I'm starting to wonder if it has something to do with the power. I did have the pro power kit installed in the ring box inside the home, and have also installed the new one according to the directions. Help!
