Hi @user81595. Can you clarify what option or setting you’re looking for? The Ring Doorbell Pro 2 doesn’t allow you to open the door on its own - do you have a Works With Ring Smart Lock set up in your Ring app as well? What is the make and model of the Smart Lock?
