Ring doorbell offline

I've had a wireless ring doorbell for well over a year or so with no issues until the last few days, it's now constantly going offline , it's not the battery as that's fully charged and the WiFi signal is the same as it's always been, I bring the device inside and reset it and it works for few hours then goes offline again, very frustrating as keep missing people at the door, I've seen lots of posts with similar issues, just thinking I'll give up and go to a rival company who gets good reviews
