Ring Doorbell Offline after working perfectly for over 18 months
I got my Ring Doorbell in May 2019-it's hardwired and has been flawless. So good I got a Ring Cam for indoors and use via ethernet. Today the Doorbell went offline. I can see video at 9:25 am and that's the end of that. The doorbell rings but there is no feed at all. I've done everything I've read here from rebooting my router, switch, changed wireless, yada, yada, yada. I'm wondering if it's just dead. Settings show it's fully powered (well, it's hardwired so?) I'm not sure what else I can do. Any suggestions other than what's already been suggested in the forum over and over? Thanks.

Hi @Beerlord. It sounds like you've done most of the basic troubleshooting steps I would have recommended to no avail. Since the Doorbell is still not working after the steps you've taken, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They'll be able to run through more in-depth troubleshooting steps in order to diagnose what may be the problem. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. :)
