Ring doorbell keeps disconnecting from wifi

My Ring video doorbell keeps disconnecting from wifi. My wifi is connected to like my tv streaming, work computer, sons computer and cellphones and we have no issues. I have restarted router many times and it keeps disconnecting. Any suggestions.

Hi @user38468. What is the RSSI for this device? This information can be found in the Device Health menu of the Ring app. If your RSSI is too weak, you may need to improve it.
