Ring doorbell audio volume too loud

Hi,I recently acquired a 2nd generation Ring video doorbell with built-in rechargeable battery. We've just fit it to the wall and come to test it to find that the talk-through audio from phone app to wall mounted doorbell is much too loud!I've looked over settings and there's a basic volume slider for 'doorbell sounds', but this doesn't affect the level of audio that is played out through the doorbell.Any advice or known fixes for this?
