Ring Doorbell 3 - no reported devices in SmartThings

Installed Ring Doorbell 3 and tried linking to Smarthings and after authorising ring account, i get the foolwing error: No reported devices - Ring is reporting that you do not own any devices on this account. First add devices in your ring account and rerun smartthings. Device is already linked to my account, but still getting the same error.

Hey @UKUser. SmartThings does have a limited amount of Ring devices that they support at this time, and the Doorbell 3 isn't available quite yet. You can find the full list on their website [here](https://www.smartthings.com/products/-/filter/brands/ring). As it is a new device and SmartThings doesn't support other newer devices from us, it may be awhile until this integration is available.

I am having the same issue, I just received my Doorbell today and it is not recogonized as a compatible device. Yet it shows up in SmartThings as a compatible device. What to do RING, why is this happening?

Hey @dondenver. If you follow this [link](https://www.smartthings.com/products/-/filter/brands/ring), the only compatible devices with Smart Things at this time is the Ring Video Doorbell Pro, the Ring Video Doorbell (1st Doorbell we had, 1st gen as well), Floodlight Cam, Spotlight Cam Mount and the Spotlight Cam Wired. The Ring Video Doorbell 3 is not included in this list at this time as Smart Things does not fully support that new Doorbell.

I'm having the same issue with the Ring Doorbell (for 2020 release). Although it's listed as a supported model on the SmartThings [site](https://www.smartthings.com/partners/ring), I'm still getting the "No reported devices - Ring is reporting that you do not own any devices on this account. " message after authorizing my Ring account in the SmartThings app.

I've just bought a Doorbell (2nd Generation), added it to my ring account, linked my Ring account in the SmartThings app, same issue: "No reported devices"

Please solve it already. This is impossible. It’s not model specific. It happens to all doorbells and also indoor cameras. Stop pushing the blame and fix it.

      Have you found a workaround?

I’m having the same issue with the 2020 Ring Doorbell. Any solutions?

Same problem here. 2nd gen video doorbell on my ring account, yet “SmartThings “ reports no device found. I know Samsung may be a big scary company, just figure out how to fix your firmware to work with their API. You apparently did it with the pro.

Hey there, neighbors! As mentioned previously in this thread, the current Ring device models that are listed as compatible with Smartthings at this time are; the Ring Video Doorbell Pro, the Ring Video Doorbell (1st gen/ classic), Floodlight Cam, Spotlight Cam Mount, and the Spotlight Cam Wired. Feel free to check out this [Smartthings community thread](https://community.smartthings.com/t/how-to-set-up-a-ring-device-in-smartthings/189291), as it provides some assistance with this integration. I hope this helps! :)
