Ring Doorbell 1 never work with live mode

I have had the ring doorbell for over a month. It does install successfully and has a solar panel for it so it always has power. WIFI RSSI was -59. not too bad.I also bought a chime pro to improve wifi access to my front door, and RSSI went to like -41.Now no matter what I do the LIVE MODE never works. I have yet to get any video since December 21st. I have reset over and over. Still no live mode.
