Ring Door View Camera Live View

Hello, I just got a Ring Door View Camera but the issue is I can't get access to the live view camera. I got the notification than there is someone in front of my door but when I click on it, there is nothing, even the history is empty. Thanks for your help, I purchased an expensive device and it doesn't work properly.
