Ring door bell keep showing solid white light when charging and not working

My ring doorbell keep showing solid white light and when charging, but still showing low battery and not working when push the button. When pull out of the charger, solid white light turned off and when push button again and not working. Can anyone from the tech team tell me the solution? Thanks.
