Ring door bell 2 not working

Had this for couple years no problems till now, won’t let me view live feed and doesn’t make no noises or no notifications that someone is at the door…??? Battery is on 85% life and WiFi has a good connection,

We have some general Live View troubleshooting tips and tricks in our Community Post [here](https://community.ring.com/t/ring-live-view-not-working-or-connecting-ring-troubleshooting-tips/249), which is a good place to start. As for the notifications, do you have an Android or iOS device?
