Ring Camera not working when hardwired

My Ring camera is hardwired and live view is not working when mounted. I got motion alerts but nothing records. When I pull in off the wall it functions like normal. It rings and records like it normally did. Tech support said it was my Wi-Fi being weak. The Device Health has signal strength at RSSI-48 and green. Has anybody experienced this?

Hi @Chachi1rg. Which model of Ring Doorbell or Camera are we working with here? You can locate the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. When you say that nothing records, do you receive an error message when trying to view an event from the Event History? Or are there no events listed in the Event History? Feel free to share any screenshots or video examples to demonstrate what you're seeing on your end.
