Ring battery doorbell pro and SmartThings?
I already had a doorbell 2 set up in smartthings. I recently purchased a battery spotlight pro and battery ring doorbell pro. The spotlight was added automatically to smarttings but the new doorbell was not. How can I add it to smarttings?

Hello Justin_Ring, Ring is mentioned in 1. partners website on SmartThings 2. main official SmartThings website 3. smartThings app I don't understand the first line "Ring does not officially support SmartThings". Do you mean technical support is not provided for SmartThings developers or you mean to say as a whole "the Ring company devices does not work with SmartThings"?

THi @user_be9656. As you can see here, there is only limited integration. While a lot of devices can be used with SmartThings, not all devices can be used with SmartThings. If you are having issues with this integration, but your device is working in the Ring app, you'll have to reach out to the SmartThings team.

Hi @user323. Samsung SmartThings is not an officially supported integration with Ring. There may be limited functionality with SmartThings. Since we do not officially support these integrations, we cannot troubleshoot them. In this case, I recommend contacting Samsung SmartThings support for assistance with adding your Doorbell.
