Ring Video Doorbell
Ring 2 wedge mount screws too short
Hello all, So I am attempting to mount a ring 2 with one of the wedge mounts. So I screwed the wedge mount securely to the wall but am finding it impossible to mount the ring unit to the wedge. It seems that the screw that go under the battery cover and into the wedge are too short to bite. I can get one, sometimes 2 to catch but never more than that and with any force the 2 that do tighten will just pop out. Anyone else have this problem?

I’m having this exact problem also. Are there special screws for the wedge mount? I just purchased the replacement Ring Doorbell 2 security screws and none of the four fit.
