Replaced Gear after my V/D was stolen

Hello from Down Under, AustraliaI had my doorbell stolen and it took quite a while before it was replaced! I did have a police report and everything that was required to obtain a new one.I bought quite awhile ago now a Chime as I'm near 70 years old, good to be abl3e to hear the door bell. To this day I have never been able to set it up, I would be grateful to anyone in the community to help me set this up. ThankyouRegards Steven
