Now when I say REACTIVATE I don't mean RECONNECT to the wifi. I figured I could solve some connection issues by deactivating it and reactivating it via app but the reactivate process seems tricky.     Hi @A.Ochoa. If your Doorbell is no longer active, follow the steps mentioned in this Help Center [article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi) to reconnect it to your wifi.

      that is because once you deactivate the camera you need to start from the beginning by setting it up
