Problem video intercom
I ask how Connect bticino video intercom to Ring doorbell 2. it is not powered and therefore works only with battery and so does not start video intercom ringtone. I also tried the diode but it doesn't work. before with a mechanical bell it worked correctlyThe number 7 it's for an external button connectionTnxEnrico

Hi @Enrico49. The Ring Video Doorbell is not compatible with an intercom system. This is due to the differences in voltage and current needed to power the intercom. I hope this clears things up for you.
