Power Level 1 but Transformer Voltage Poor
hardwired-video-doorbell

I had my Ring Door Pro 2 installed today by a licensed electrician. He told me he upgraded the transformer (to the one Ring sells) and while the door bell works I get a Poor Voltage reading in my App. Any thoughts on what may be causing this and what I can do to fix it? Thanks! ![image|665x500](upload://rtd68XnPeWkhpb7WKqacPbWpvI8.jpeg)

Using a licensed electrician was a great call, and power should be sufficient especially with a Ring transformer. Now that some time has passed, the voltage is hopefully showing a better reading. If not, please ensure the Pro Power Kit was installed as described in the article below. https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054675132-Video-Doorbell-Pro-2-Installation-guide- If this concern persists, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
