Person Detected when no one is there
I am constantly getting a person detetected when there is no one there. It's never done that before in the past 11 months and it's happening constantly the last 2-3 weeks. Nothing has changed, no lights shining, no wind blowing anything. It's driving me crazy'

CHi @user_156c59. You can typically resolve motion detection concerns by adjusting the Motion Zones and Motion Sensitivity. If you have a Ring Protect plan, you'll also have access to the Smart Alerts feature, allowing you to toggle person detection on or off.

Hi @mmarquard. You can try adjusting the motion sensitivity or the Motion Zones for your Doorbell to see if that helps resolve this concern. Otherwise, I would suggest resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. From there, you'll just need to set it back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know if either of these suggestions do the trick for you! :)
