Motion detection concerns are typically resolved by adjusting the motion settings and ensuring your Doorbell has a [good wifi signal](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength). Which model of Doorbell do you have? You can find the model name on the original packaging and on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Most Doorbells have the same options for motion settings, though there are some variations depending on if you have a hardwired or battery operated model.
