Ownership

I am trying to reset my ring device, it was under my girlfriends name. We broke up, she moved out, and now I can’t use my ring because it keeps saying it’s under a different owner. Is there anyway to reset the ring or transfer it over, I don’t have anyway of contacting her. Thank you.
