Outdoor too loud on Doorbell (2)

I’ve just purchased a Ring doorbell second gen and followed the instructions to switch off the outdoor tone. (Attached) However the doorbell still makes a noise outside , the first chime being very quiet but the second being really loud. My neighbours will hate this! How can I sort this?

I’ve discovered it’s a bug between my Alexa echo 5 , if I disable the camera on my Alexa app the doorbell works as it should. Highly frustrating as using my echo as a chime and viewer was a selling point for me

Someone else has created a thread with the same problem. This isn’t acceptable to be honest!
