Nothing changed but not Live does not work - again

I am currently away from my home. Live was working fine for the first few weeks and now nothing. No one in my home moved my router or adjusted anything since no one is there.Why can't Ring put a better antenna or SOMETHING in the device to not lose signal? I hope I can get it to work while I am a few states away!Useless..... maybe time to look at something else when I get back.
